Qualification and Past Work Experience are given below :-

Worked with a major Forgings Industry. in forge shop and machine shop and handled production of Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steel flanges.

During that period this company was one of the biggest and most reputed manufacturer of forged steel flanges & were supplier to most of the Petroleum refineries, petro chemical plants, fertilizer plants, atomic power plants & various other fabricators gaining of pressure vessels & heat exchangers e.f. L&T, Godrej, Anup Engineering  etc.

After gaining sufficient experience started own machine shop to machine & supply Forged flanges to various fabricators, & refineries in Maharashtra & Gujrat. Forging at that time were sourced from reputed forging units.

Took over sick forging unit at Ankleshwar  in the year 1999 & turned it around with in 3 years of its take over.

Worked with reputed Mini Steel Plant manufacturing forging quality Carbon & Alloy Steel Ingot.

Worked with reputed Forged Shops e.g. National Steel & Gen Mills Pvt. Ltd. and Ajay Forgings  Pvt. Ltd., in various capacities in production & heat treatment deptts. and after sufficient experience headed  marketing deptt. and subsequently the entire Company as G.M.

These companies were manufacturing & supplying forged flanges in Carbon, Alloy & Stainless Steel and supplied to various Petroleum refineries, Chemical and Petro Chemical plants, fertilizer plants, Atomic power plants and project consultants like EIL, PDIL, UHDE , Tata consulting etc. under the third party inspection of EIL, Lloyds, BV, TUV, DNV, TCE, DAE, Bax Counsel etc. Having dealt with these reputed organizations and consultants, gained sufficient experience & expertise in the field.

After that worked with M/s Engineers India Ltd., New Delhi in Procurement Services Division for  three years.

Started own machine shop in the year 1994 for supplying machined flanges to various fabricators. The forgings were sourced from reputed & third party approved forge shops.  

Took over sick forging unit at Ankleshwar during the year 1999 & turned it around with in 3 years.

Worked with a Reputed Forging Industry as an Apprentice in  Mumbai  for one year before joining the company.

Presently handling Marketing & operations, Finance Control, Expansion Plans, Execution of orders & coordination.
